What is it?
The new digital customer demands personalized answers, anywhere and at any time. The UNE 0060:2018, brings us closer to a Digital Industry and focuses on the customer by realizing and adapting its processes, products and business models in a new business environment making use of digital technologies for the improvement of its competitiveness and its relationship with the customer (and other stakeholders). The UNE 0060 Specification establishes four basic mandatory processes to be included in digitalization planning: product/service design; manufacturing; logistics and distribution; and customer relations. It contains 91 requirements that correspond to aspects to be taken into account when addressing a digital transformation process of an industrial company.
